The Resource Management (Freshwater and Other Matters) Amendment Bill had its first reading in Parliament on Tuesday this week. It has been referred to the Primary Production Select Committee and submissions are now open. The closing date for submissions is 30 June 2024
At NZPI we are carefully reviewing the Bill and mobilising the Think Tank to help with the submission process. To assist members who are also reviewing the Bill and preparing submissions, we have scheduled a webinar to provide a rundown of the Bill.
