Te Kokiringa Taumata | New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI), along with special interest group Papa Pounamu, welcomes the opportunity to assist the Primary Production Committee in its consideration of the Resource Management (Extended Duration of Coastal Permits for Marine Farms) Amendment Bill (the Bill). This is a bill with specific but significant implications for consent holders, regional and unitary councils, and the environment, and it deserves commensurate scrutiny.
