Bachelor of Environmental Management and Planning (with a Professional Planning Minor) (BEMP + PPM) Duration: 3 Years (Full Time) Plus 1 Additional Year (Full Time).
This option is only available to students who complete their BEMP + PPM before 1 January 2015 and their additional year before 1 January 2016.
For NZPI accreditation you are required to complete one year of additional postgraduate study. This could be done as a PGDip Resource Studies, BEM (Honours), M.Appl.Sc or MRS which must include:
- ERST 698 (formally known as ERST 602) or equivalent group project or dissertation - ERST 604 - LWST 602
Master of Environmental Policy (MEP) For NZPI accreditation you are required to complete following optional subjects:
- ERST 604 - LWST 602
Bachelor of Environmental Management - Policy & Planning (BEM) This 3 year full time programme was replaced by the BEMP in January 2009. For NZPI accreditation you are required to complete one year of additional study which must include:
- ERST 602 (or equivalent individual or group research project) - ERST 604 - LWST 602
Master of Indigenous Planning and Development (MIPD) For NZPI accreditation you are required to complete the following optional subjects:
- ERST 604 - ERST 630 - LWST 602
Bachelor of Maori Planning and Development - Resource Management (BMPD) For NZPI accreditation you are required to complete one year of additional study which must include:
- ERST 602 - ERST 604 - LWST 602
Bachelor of Resource Studies (BRS) Must undertake one year of postgraduate study which must include the following subjects:
If graduated 2001 2003
- ERST 602 - ERST 604 - LWST 602
If graduated 1999 -2001
- SOCI 207, ERST 340 or ERST 614 - LWST 302 - ERST 604
If graduated prior to 1999
- SOCI 207, ERST 304 or ERST 614 - LWST 302 - ERST 604
MSc in Resource Managment If graduated 2001 and 2003, you must complete the following subjects:
