Senior Advisor, Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment
Andrew was born and grew up in Motueka. He has an MSc in Earth Science from Victoria University and MA in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics. He is a senior advisor at the Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment where he has led recent projects on tourism and urban green space. Prior to working at PCE, Andrew was at the OECD. His work there focused on the environmental and economic implications of a transition to a more circular economy. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys sailing and propagating native trees and shrubs.
