Rebecca is the manager of the Urban and Infrastructure team at Ministry for the Environment and the Wellington representative of the NZPI board. Over the last 18 years in central and local government and private practice, Rebecca has built an extensive knowledge of all things RMA: National Direction, policy advice, plan preparation, resource consent processes, RMA guidance and training. She is currently leading the work on the Resource Management (Enabling Housing and other matters) Amendment bill, and prior to this she worked on the Fast Track Consenting Act and National Planning Standards.
