Philippa is the General Manager of Poutini Environmental, an environmental consultancy company for Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Waewae (a hapū of Ngāi Tahu). Philippa has 18 years' extensive planning experience after working in local authority, consultancy, and at Ngai Tahu. In her current role she provides planning support to ensure Poutini Ngāi Tahu values, rights and interests, and Mātauranga Māori are incorporated into resource management and conservation.
