Closing date for submissions on new bills has been extended from 30 January 2023 to Sunday 5th February.
This week we’ll be meeting you face to face to talk about the Spatial Planning and Natural and Built Environment Bills. We’re also seeking your feedback on the bills through another of our member surveys.
This is a longer survey than the pre-release surveys, but you only have to answer the questions you are interested in. To assist with this, the survey will be divided into topics. We’ve also developed a series of briefing papers for the RM Advisory group that assess the bills against the NZPI position papers:
By responding to this survey, you’ll help us expand our thinking and raise issues that we may not have yet addressed. It is also our intention to get you thinking about the issues that are important to you, your clients, and your communities as you develop your own submissions in time for the closure of the submission period on 5th February 2023.
