Caroline is a Director responsible for Implementation of Resource Management at Ministry for the Environment. The majority of her career has been focused on environmental policy and strategy within both central and local government, including freshwater management, marine policy, conservation, and regional planning. Caroline also has experience in disaster recovery strategy and planning while working as a General Manager at CERA following the Christchurch earthquakes.
