Carolyn Hill is an architect and researcher who practices in heritage management and conservation. She has worked in various built heritage-focused roles across public and private sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, and now provides heritage services through her consultancy, Lifescapes. She is also a Teaching Fellow in Te Kura Aronui School of Social Sciences at the University of Waikato and is currently undertaking her PhD through the university's doctoral scholarship programme.
