Sarah McCarter has 14 years' experience in local government and consultancy, is a full member of NZPI and holds the IAP2 Certificate in Engagement. Sarah has particular expertise in coastal environment, natural hazards and climate change planning. Recently Sarah has led engagement for Aotearoa's first National Climate Change Risk Assessment, flooding and climate change adaptation in the Cook Islands and on a plan change for a large-scale urban regeneration in Auckland.
