Matt has over sixteen years' planning experience in both the private sector and local authority environments. During that time Matt has focused on strategic and policy planning - most recently through the provision of planning support to Housing New Zealand Corporation, HLC (now Kāinga Ora) and a number of other clients through the Auckland Unitary Plan submission and hearings process, as well as a number of other policy and plan review processes across the country.
