Kate is in the Resource Management and Local Government team at DLA Piper, advising clients on all aspects of resource management, civil liability and other regulatory issues. Kate has provided advice on plan changes, resource consent processes and enforcement issues under the RMA and other local government legislation and has appeared at mediations, Council hearings and before both the Environment Court and High Court.
