Queenstown Commercial Walking Tour & Central Otago Branch AGM

The Central Otago Branch invite you to join us for an exciting walking tour of the recently completed Queenstown Commercial projects with Development Manager Brent Mitchell and Planner Jenny Carter, followed by our annual AGM with drinks and nibbles.

Straddled between Lake Hayes Estate and Shotover Country, Brent has overseen the various iterations of the Queenstown Commercial developments since 2017. This included inception as a Special Housing Area for a retirement village, worker accommodation and commercial area with day care, through to changes to include the now operational Southern Cross Hospital and Plan Change through the Queenstown Lakes District Plan review for the Kawarau Heights residential subdivision. Brent will be joined by our planning colleague Jenny Carter as he walks and talks us through the Queenstown Commercial development aspiration journey.

We will meet at 11th Avenue by Frank’s at 4pm, we will commence the tour with Brent and Jenny from 4.15pm, then back to 11th Avenue for a complimentary drink and nibbles, followed by our annual AGM at 5.45pm.
